TERMS: All persons limited to one entry per month. Entrants agree to provide a valid email and street address. Drawing to take place in the first week of every month at the Bitetracker headquarters. The drawing will be random of one entrant. Bitetracker will send an email to the winning entrant. Entrants agree to respond to said email no later than 10 days after it is sent. Should Bitetracker receive no response from the winning entrant, it will be presumed that said entrant has not kept his/her email account active and/or is not sufficiently monitoring her/her email and/or has not provided a valid mailing address, and another winner will be drawn. Bitetracker has no obligation to otherwise "track down" the winning entrant, although it is recommended that each entrant leave his/her phone number so that if the email does not work, Bitetracker can call (phone numbers will be kept PRIVATE. Bitetracker does not sell or otherwise provide such information to any third parties). The winner agrees to the publication of his/her name for promotional reasons (i.e., photos and comments). The prize is non-transferable, unless Bitetracker gives its written acceptance that the prize may be transferred to third persons.Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
