Capt.
Paul Hawkins represents a breed of flats fishing purists who believe
the thrill of shallow water fishing is in the hunt, followed by
careful stalking and culminating in the perfect delivery of an artificial
bait or fly.

all day, working to position his anglers for the perfect cast. It's
